Member Portal and Accounting Systems Offline Until 1/1/2026

Accounting year-end processes underway

Tidelanders, our accounting systems will be offline starting at 11:50 pm tonight, Dec. 30, as we close out the 2025 financial year. During this time we will not be able to process member payments. Normal accounting and online services will resume Jan. 1, 2026 at 12:15 am. 


Our Engelhard office will be closed Dec. 31. Reopening on Jan. 2 at 8 am.
