Tideland EMC provides the following services at additional fees.

Connect new service: $20
Collection fee: $45
Late payment fee: Minimum $5 or 1.5% of past due balance
Payment arrangement fee: $5 per transaction
Up to 3 arrangements per year if payments are made as scheduled
Returned check fee: $35
Credit card charge back fee:
$35
Disconnect for non-payment with reconnection requested prior to 4 p.m.: $90
Additional security deposit may be required
Disconnect for non-payment with reconnection requested after 4 p.m.: $145
Applies to Saturday and Sunday reconnects as well, regardless of time
Additional security deposit may be required
Meter test fee: $45
Fee is waived if the meter is found to be inaccurate
Meter tampering: all cases are subject to criminal prosecution
      First offense: $500
      Second offense: $750
Missed energy audit appointment: $25
