Notice of Open Bid for 2024-2026 Rights of Way Maintenance Contract

Tideland EMC, in accordance with RUS regulations, has opened up the bid process for the Rights of Way Maintenance contract for a three-year term effective February 1, 2024. RUS requires that we competitively bid as much of our work as possible. This contract will be for lump sum rates per calendar years 2024-2026, along with an hourly rate for labor and equipment.

Prospective bidders are invited to participate in this process and submit a proposal and sealed bid for the work. The completed bid packages are to be returned to Tideland’s corporate office on or before October 13, 2023, at 12 noon to 25831 US Hwy 264 E, Pantego, NC 27860.

Interested bidders should submit a request of your intent to bid to Adam Fyle or contact him by phone at 252-943-3046. Mr. Fyle will provide all necessary documents and a list of specifications needed for the completed bid packet.
