Annual member satisfaction survey invitations going out soon
You – our members – are Tideland's guiding force. This summer, we are conducting our annual member satisfaction survey to gather your input and shape our services and vision for the future.
Approximately 300 Tideland members will receive an email invitation in the weeks ahead asking that they participate in our online survey. Your responses will help ensure that we are serving our community effectively, planning to meet local needs, and remain responsive to opportunities to improve how we serve you.
As a community-owned cooperative, Tideland EMC is solely responsible to those we serve. You. We are committed to providing the highest level of service now and into the future.
We hope you will participate in the survey with your open and honest feedback should you receive a survey invitation.
Keep in mind, you do NOT have to wait for a survey invitation to have a dialogue with Tideland about your service experience. We are available year round so feel free to reach out.
