Tideland EMC is an electric cooperative that distributes electric power to its 25,000 member-consumers in six coastal counties in Northeastern NC including Dare, Hyde, Washington, Beaufort, Pamlico, and Craven counties.

Tideland EMC is seeking proposals to establish a single contract, effective July 30, 2026 through December 30, 2027, for a single qualified and experienced contractor to provide Base Camp and Logistics Services to address emergency circumstances AFTER impact from natural disaster in 2026 or 2027.

Proposals are due by 5:00 p.m. EST Jul 22, 2026. Further instructions for proposal submission are contained in the RFP.
